The concept of a healthy breakfast has changed so considerably for me for the past 3 years. From omelet, cottage cheese pancakes, coffee, oats with fruit to something quite different altogether.
This is out healthy breakfast choice No.1 at the moment, instructions:
1. ripe papaya fruit, not from supermarket obviously, from a local market bought from the most simple stall with an old person at it, looking not so attractive from outside, soft at touching, cut it in cubes
2. mix together:
– desiccated coconut flakes (our own production, raw, coconuts from forest, a rare coconut species “maprau naam hom”, coconuts with sweet vanilla flavor and outstanding taste),
– almonds, preferably raw, soaked for 12 hours, crushed in a pounder int smaller bits,
– goji,
– soaked/sprouted sesame,
– raspberries or anything seasonal of your choice
3. optional – add raw forest honey, drizzle raw coconut oil
